What a weekend for Honour & Glory Boxing Club.
Four of our junior amateur boxers entered the South London Belt Championship on 13-14 December 2025 - and all four made it through to the finals on Sunday.

Saturday: Semi-Finals
The boys travelled to the venue after training, with coaches Anton and Ellen driving across South London to make sure everyone got there safely. By the end of Saturday's bouts, the message in the group chat said it all:
"All won, all in finals tomorrow. Boom."
Sunday: Finals Day
Sunday brought the finals - and our boxers delivered. The hard work in training paid off, with the club picking up multiple belts.
Coach Anton summed it up: "I can't believe how much you have all come along with your boxing. It's lovely for me when other clubs tell me that you all are well schooled."
The H&G Difference
What makes these results special isn't just the wins - it's the journey. These are young boxers who train three times a week at Samuel Montagu Youth Centre. They put in the work on the bags, the pads, and in sparring.
One parent's message captured the feeling:
"Its taken a while to come down from Caleb's win - but we can't thank you enough for all the work you put in, especially when he has moments that are beyond his control. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
That's what this club is about. Not just building boxers - building young people.

What's Next
The boxers are already back in training, preparing for the next challenge. If you want to see what real amateur boxing looks like in South East London, come down to the gym.
